GTCUW seeks a strong leader and innovative fundraiser to join as a Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships to manage a portfolio of corporate partners and provide strategic direction for a team of dynamic and mission-driven corporate partnership officers. The GTCUW has developed great partnerships among corporations in its community and seeks a creative thinker who will help deepen relationships, diversify revenue and engagement streams, and work in close collaboration with colleagues to implement best practices.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual to develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive plan to build strategic relationships that align with the mission, vision, and values of GTCUW, generating revenue that funds its community work. With direct oversight of $30 million in annual revenue, a successful candidate will be innovative in their approach to formulating, executing, and prioritizing the needs of the organization and capitalizing on the talents of the current team. An ability to streamline internal processes and procedures, and experience in digital engagement will be helpful.
