The University of Colorado Boulder Advancement Team encourages
applications for a Program Manager for Stewardship & Donor
Relations. This position is a meaningful role within the College of
Music (COM) Advancement Team, which generates philanthropic support
and drives the overall external engagement for the college, CU
Presents, and the Colorado Shakespeare Festival (CSF). Through
these philanthropic and engagement efforts, the team advances all
aspects of teaching, research, and the public service mission of CU
Boulder.
Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Advancement, this position focuses on managing all aspects of College of Music Advancement’s stewardship and donor relations programs and activities. These include the creation, implementation, and maintenance of acknowledgment programs for donor gifts; specialized stewardship for major and principal gift donors; and serving as the Advancement Team and donor’s first point of contact for any donor, gift, or fund inquiries. The Program Manager is a key role in creating the COM’s donor-centric culture of philanthropy. “budget-to-actual” status on a regular basis with manager and addresses any significant concerns.
