Divine Renovation invites nominations and applications for the position of Director of Global Development.

Divine Renovation is a nonprofit ministry that walks alongside hundreds of priests, bishops, parishes, and dioceses around the world to inspire, connect, and equip them to live the Great Commission – to go and make disciples of all nations. We provide people who thirst for a missional Church with the opportunity to gain the skills, tools, support and inspiration they need to create a Church that is all that God intended it to be. And through this, we are creating a community of disciples who are changing the global Catholic church.

We are based in Nova Scotia, Canada, and work globally, with incorporated offices in the USA, Australasia, and the UK, along with a dedicated branch for Canada, and emerging partnerships in Germany and Ireland. Together, we refer to these offices, branches and partnerships as the Divine Renovation Global network. Ideally, this leader is U.S.-based with nearby access to a major airport.

Reporting to the President, the primary responsibility is to develop, lead and deliver on the fundraising strategies, activities, and results of the ministry directly in Canda and the U.S. and through influence and partnership with the Development leaders in our affiliated offices in Australia and the U.K. This leader will set ambitious donor development and fundraising targets; create programs, plans and strategies to successfully achieve them; lead and oversee the execution of these plans and programs; and ensure alignment across our global network to foster, steward, and maintain relationships with our donors and partners for the common pursuit of Divine Renovation’s mission.
