The 200 year-old campus occupies 350 landscaped acres in the historical town of Lawrenceville, NJ and is listed on the National Historic Register as reflected by the campus’s old-world architecture and landscaping.
Summary: The Associate will manage the day-to-day operations of the young alumni giving program while building a student philanthropy program. They will maintain fundraising responsibility for the 15 youngest classes alongside the Director of The Lawrenceville Parents Fund and Next Generation Giving, with a focus on college aged alumni. Additionally, the Associate will lead all student philanthropy efforts including the management of a robust senior class gift. This role will support young alumni giving volunteers, who are often critical to the success of fundraising goals, and must be able to ask for young alumni- leadership-level gifts and multi-year participatory gifts on personal visits.
With direction from the Director of The Lawrenceville Parents Fund and Next Generation Giving, leads young alumni giving strategies with a focus on our college aged alumni.

Recruits and manages young alumni
class fundraising teams with a focus on increasing young alumni
participation in the annual fund.
Anticipates needs in advance of and
during fundraising cycles, begins goal setting, effective
individual screening, identification of potential leadership donors
and possible solicitors, volunteer recruitment, routine volunteer
meetings and training, conference calls, and frequent follow-up
with solicitors.
Works alongside the Director to
manage Reunion Committee activities for the 5th, 10th, and 15th
Reunions.
Conducts at least 125 personal visits
per year, with an emphasis on increasing and maintaining
participatory gifts.
Develop strategies to increase
recurring giving among Young Alumni.
Leads student philanthropy and
engagement efforts including the management of the senior gift
campaign and robust student philanthropy program including a
“tuition runs out day,” with the long-term goal of including Forms
II - IV in student philanthropy program.
