The Foundation seeks a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the strategic vision to advance equity throughout the region, empower and lead the internal Foundation team, support and guide the work of the Trustees, and steward existing relationships with donors and community partners, while nurturing relationships with new external stakeholders. With $250 million in assets across a range of fund types, solid financial underpinnings, and dedicated Trustees and professional staff, the Foundation is well positioned for its next phase of leadership and for even greater impact in the communities it serves.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and visionary leader to continue the Foundation's growth trajectory toward the fulfillment of its mission. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in expanding the awareness, reach, and impact of an organization to garner financial support, partnerships, and energy for its mission.
