On a typical day you will:
- Coordinate events for Pratt's Institutional Advancement
department, including fundraising outreach, logistical management,
and administrative duties
- Manage relations and communications with Pratt faculty, staff,
and departments for IA events
- Utilize Raiser's Edge to input donor information, create
queries, pull lists and reports, and track various event tasks such
as participant registration and seating arrangements
- Schedule and manage volunteers and staff duties at events
High school diploma is required;
3-4 years of related experience in
not-for-profit or higher education events fundraising.
- Must have above-average computer skills including database,
Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Raiser’s Edge experience required.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to produce under
deadline pressure with attention to detail.
- Must possess strong confidence in applying quick, smart,
independent judgment, decision making, and problem-solving when
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and
as a team member and to maintain a cool head while meeting
- An understanding of the important role of diversity, equity,
and inclusion to institutional advancement.
