On a typical day you will be required to:
  • Researching current donors, prospects, and suspects
  • Assisting in data integrity efforts
  • Performing data entry to ensure that new and updated research is integrated into the organization's database


Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: Two years of directly related, progressively responsible experience in fundraising, research, data management and/or analytics.

Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team, with multiple clients and stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ability to work independently and manage large projects.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office and/or Google G Suite Business Solutions.
  • Strong skills with relational databases, Raiser’s Edge (Blackbaud CRM) preferred.
  • A commitment to working in and promoting a culture of inclusion.
  • An understanding of the important role of diversity, equity, and inclusion to institutional advancement.
