Lynn University invites applications for the position of Assistant Vice President for University Advancement, reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment and University Advancement. The University seeks an experienced and dynamic advancement professional with an exceptional track record of success. The University is prepared to offer a highly competitive salary (range: $150 – 175K annually) and benefit package to the ideal candidate who is prepared and ready to play an important role in building a robust and thriving University Advancement program. Moreover, the ideal candidate will have an understanding and appreciation for the importance of working across the University with colleagues in academic and student affairs, alumni relations, marketing and finance, and athletics.

We seek an experienced advancement professional with a minimum seven years of work experience in increasingly responsible leadership positions; preferably in higher education. Proficiency in working with Raiser’s Edge a plus. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
