Identify, cultivate, and engage prospective donors and foundations with specific interests and/or expertise in areas that align with JFS’s initiatives or strategic priorities. Conduct initial outreach to prospective individuals and foundation prospects to determine feasibility and fit.
Oversee and track the grant cycle and manage grants from start to finish, including writing, submission and reporting.
Manage stewardship of current donors through consistent communication, regular updates throughout the year, and invitations to relevant events and activities. Maintain and manage an active list of potential donors who are in the various stages of cultivation.
