Chief Advancement Officer (CAO)

CarterBaldwin has been retained by the Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to identify its next Chief Advancement Officer (CAO). Founded in 1893 and sitting atop a 690-acre campus overlooking the Tennessee River, Baylor is one of the nation's premier coeducational college preparatory schools for day students (grades 6-12) and boarding students (grades 9-12). Combining a strong academic, athletic, and extracurricular tradition with a commitment to innovation, Baylor enrolls 1070 students, who are served by a 148-member faculty, including nearly 40 adults who live on campus and serve as dorm parents.

With access to amazing resources, dedicated stakeholders, and a team of professionals who are excited about Baylor's future, the next CAO will be instrumental in shaping a vision for Baylor's continual commitment to changing lives and fostering in its students both the ability and the desire to make a positive difference in the world.
