About this Role
We are excited to expand our small but mighty team by bringing
on a new full-time teammate. The Associate Consultant will support
client accounts by producing detailed deliverables, preparing for
and contributing to client meetings, conducting research and
analysis, responding to client communications, and all other facets
of efficiently and effectively shepherding social impact work
forward and delighting clients while doing so. The ideal candidate
will be able to seamlessly toggle between 30,000-foot strategy and
in-the-weeds details, and between accounts.
The Associate Consultant should be passionate about work that
centers underserved and overlooked communities and have experience
bringing a justice lens to the work. He/she/they will have the
innate drive to run the ball down the field as far as one can, but

internally with a teammate. We pride ourselves on having a
collaborative and all-hands-on-deck work culture – that is, from
developing high-level strategy to printing out name tags the
morning of a public event, all team members work together to get
the job done.

City, Palm Springs, CA and Bozeman, MT. Given our current comfort
with remote work, we are excited to hear from qualified applicants
across the U.S. with willingness to travel; we still value the
opportunity to come together to co-work on location.
