The Prospect Research Analyst identifies broad prospect pools
and provides research on individuals, corporations, and
Conducts In-depth Analysis
As part of the research team, identify qualified,
suspects/prospects pools for Strategy Partners’ use with
Conducts In-depth Research
Develop concise and relevant prospect profiles, providing
in-depth biographical data, financial/net worth analysis,
indicators of possible philanthropic interest and eventual intent
of potential donors. Conduct pre-qualifications.
Participate in prospect research data-entry and reporting.
Protect confidential information. Other duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience; or a high school
diploma/equivalent and experience equal to six years. (Note:
post-high school education can substitute for experience at the
Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office products suite (Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), or equivalent software.
Must be a self-starter, comfortable working independently.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work
assignments simultaneously and accurately in a detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully
manage competing deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information with the
highest degree of professionalism.
Skilled in utilizing the internet for research purposes.
