Analytics Customer Success Specialist

The firm seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Analytics Customer Success Specialist to provide data coaching, project management, and contract coordination services for a diverse set of clients. This is a full-time, onsite position in our Chicago office. Salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience.

 The Analytics Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for: 1) coaching and assisting clients to successfully extract data from their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems according to GG+A’s specifications, 2) managing the flow of prospect screening data through GG+A’s proprietary systems, and 3) coordinating contract requirements to setup client Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). This position’s duties will include: direct client engagement and client satisfaction; data analysis; coordinating project workflow and deliverables throughout the life of multiple client projects; communicating with and coordinating activities of multiple project teams’ compiling project data; drafting or editing correspondence; and other duties as required. The Analytics Customer Success Specialist interacts with colleagues across the firm, with our subcontractors, and with clients to ensure successful engagements.
