Position Summary:
Project ECHO isexperiencing exponential growth and is currently seeking a Senior Corporate RelationsManager to join our team!

The Senior CorporateRelations Manager will report to the Director of Corporate and FoundationRelations and will help build the internal capacity to steward and manage anincreasingly larger portfolio of prospects and funders.

As the Senior CorporateRelations Manager, you will:
  • Perform outreach and engage prospective funders.
  • Coordinate and attends funder meetings, pitching, taking notes, and following up on next steps
  • Build funder relationships, sends outreach collateral about funding opportunities, engaging them while building trust and strengthening relationships.
  • Identify and documents best practices and processes for stewarding prospective and existing funders
  • Attend webinars and conferences for networking opportunities to cultivate new prospects as well as learn about funding opportunities
  • Document fundraising activities in Salesforce and oversee the development of processes for how to leverage Salesforce strategically. Create reports that inform our fundraising strategy.
  • Utilize Advance to coordinate as needed with the UNM Foundation on prospective funders and to document gifts processed through the Foundation
  • Develop, research, write, edit, or oversee the preparation of persuasive, accurate, and grammatically and syntactically correct solicitations, pitches, proposals, case statements, reports, correspondence, and other development-related communication materials as required
  • Coordinate with the Communications Team, develop fundraising collateral such as presentations, flyers, social media posts and other appropriate material.
  • Conduct research to identify prospects and creating strategies to match prospects' interests to the priorities of Project ECHO
  • Collaborate with the grants team in the creation of Concept Notes and Proposals
  • Liaise with the UNM Foundation around gift management
  • Create and establish strategic partnerships that may lead to funding opportunities

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
