Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Learning and
Research, the Senior Learning Strategist works across the
organization to design and execute projects and processes that
ensure the Foundation and its collaborators/partners understand the
impact and effectiveness of their systems change work.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Within assigned strategic initiatives, identify how results will be measured; ensure the perspectives of partners and those with lived experience are elevated through evaluation and learning activities.
- Promote accessibility and participant ownership of learning products and results. As appropriate, plan meetings/convenings that promote joint learning and forward-thinking with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- At various stages of development and implementation, design and facilitate internal cross-functional conversations that generate reflections on the Foundation’s activities and translate those reflections into working hypotheses and action steps that enhance strategy.
- Participates in team activities and completes diverse assignments in support of team goals
- Performs general Foundation support activities and carries out special projects as required
- Adheres to the Foundation’s core and staff values
