The Director will support the CEO in every aspect of philanthropy work, including board relations and organizational strategy. He/she will will have direct access to the board, many of whom are giants in the fields of health and aging, and manage its fundraising task force with the CEO. The Director will also oversee major events, including the annual C-TAC Summit in Washington, DC, corporate partnerships, foundation grants, individual giving and marketing for development communications.

We are recognized as the voice of the patient and family impacted by advanced illness, and we collaborate across political parties, silos, disciplines, and disease groups to effect change.

We are a voice for millions. We believe that those impacted by serious illness deserve dignity, respect and the best care, and we are building our growing national coalition of 170 organizations to ensure that for all Americans. Together we are opening the door to a new healthcare paradigm built on greater equity, public engagement, and workforce development.
