Coordinator of Special Projects

Hebrew Home at Riverside by RiverSpring Living, nationally recognized leaders in serving older adults of all faiths through compassionate care, innovative resources, and vibrate community engagement is seeking a Coordinator of Special Projects in our Development Department. Use your talents and expertise with a great team in support of a noble mission.  Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Development, the Coordinator of Special Projects will oversee a broad range of administrative, research, communication, and fundraising functions. You will be the “go-to” person for our energetic and creative team on a number of key issues. You will be the expert manager of our donor database for gift processing, donor communications, prospect research, grant management, events, and comprehensive campaign efforts. You will have the opportunity to liaise with departments across the organization and build strong relationship with the executive, finance, and marketing teams.

Ideal Candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a fundraising/development environment, preferably with Raiser’s Edge software.  Computer literacy including expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.  Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.  Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 annually.  We offer Medical, Dental, Vision and 403B.
