The Batten Group, a premier national executive search and consulting firm specializing in nonprofit, higher education, healthcare, and mission-based philanthropy, has been retained by The Salvation Army Midland Division to conduct a national search for an Executive Director of Development.

The Midland Division, based out of St. Louis, MO, believes in faith put into action and making life better for others. Serving neighbors in 150 counties in Missouri and southern Illinois, the Midland Division operates more than 50 facilities in the territory to service the needs of the unhoused, seniors, and others in the community.

 

Reporting to and directly supervised by the Divisional Commander, the Executive Director of Development supervises leadership and staff of the Development Department across the entire Division including Communications, Planned Giving, Major Gifts, Database Services, Special Events, Service Extension and Administrative support.
