Join us in our mission to save and change lives through the work of the University of Vermont Foundation! We are looking for a strategic team leader to work with our Annual Giving Team to execute a comprehensive, multi-channel annual giving campaign to benefit our partners on campus and beyond. The Executive Director of Annual Giving position balances high level strategy and organizational leadership with tactical efforts to create and execute fundraising solicitations.

We’re looking for a thoughtful, confident leader who can manage a team while also working alongside them to create and execute a plan. You’ll need to be able to analyze data to develop insights that will drive our campaign, and to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to convey complex ideas to a diversity of audiences. Bring your sense of humor, creativity, and high-level emotional intelligence to a team that appreciates both hard work and fun.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Pipeline Development & Annual Giving.

The mission of the UVM Foundation is to secure and manage private support for the benefit of the University of Vermont. Our Vision is to foster relationships with alumni and donors that maximize their personal and philanthropic investment in the University, toward the realization of the University's aspiration to remain among the nation's premier small research institutions.

The UVM Foundation has established a hybrid working policy, but requires candidates for this position to have a local in-office presence in Burlington, Vermont.
