Associate Director of Philanthropy

Alia is seeking an Associate Director of Philanthropy to help further the mission and work of Alia through grants, individual donations, and philanthropic partnerships. This role will be responsible for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major donors, with focused attention on maintaining and managing our existing funder relationships and grants calendar. In addition, the Associate Director of Philanthropy will support the Director of Philanthropy with database management, prospect research, grants management, and relationship development. Successful candidates will have 5+ years of experience of nonprofit fundraising experience, strong attention to detail, superb relationship management, strong communication skills, and experience with database management. Ideal candidates are local to our St. Paul office and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time exempt position, with a salary range of $60,000 - $75,000. We offer a generous benefits package that includes paid closure days and paid time off.
