REMOTE/HYBRID: John W. Brick Mental Health Foundation

The primary role of the John W. Brick Foundation Chief Development Officer is to raise funds for the Foundation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Development Responsibilities:

  • Fund-raising.
  • Pursuing grants from other foundations and government agencies,
  • Building strong relationships with donors and potential donors.
  • Helping to market and maximize PR for the JWB Foundation on a national and international level.

JWB Administration Responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships with key partners in the field of mental health. This includes universities, hospitals, state and federal government agencies and other foundations.
  • Managing all donor relationships
  • Helping to develop the JWB annual budget, especially in the area of revenue/donations.

  • Prefer an understanding of the area of self-care and integrative approaches in the field of psychology.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years non-profit fund-raising experience
  • Proven successful track record of achieving fund-raising goals
  • Grant writing experience
  • Setting and implementing fund-raising strategies for a non-profit organization.

Salary:

  • Strong base salary with commission and bonuses totaling $125,000
  • Flexible work schedule that will allow you to work from home.

This is a full-time position that includes vacation time, benefits and a retirement savings plan.
