Homestretch is committed to lifting the life trajectories of families without housing and supporting them on a path to long-term stability and financial independence. With over 2,000 families assisted since 1990, Homestretch has established itself as a comprehensive and innovative program that empowers clients with the skills, knowledge, and hope they need.

Homestretch is seeking an Executive Director who is passionate about serving families in need of homeless services and who is committed to the principle that housing is a human right. Guided by strategy, passion, and empathy, the ED will build on the organization's extensive record of service and vault it into even greater success.

Successful candidates will:

· Advocate for families who are not securely housed, engage with key stakeholders and donors, and build community partnerships;
· Be able to form coalitions within a community of diverse lived experiences; and
· Lead with integrity, a passion for staff empowerment, and resourcefulness applied to strengthening funding models and organizational structure.
