Whether it’s routine medical care, help managing chronic conditions, prenatal care, or pediatric services for a child - NeighborHealth is here for you.
This model provides an innovative way for people to call NeighborHealth Center their medical home since receiving care will not be dependent upon one’s working status, lack of insurance or a co-payment. Regardless of one’s status, NHC will provide continuity of care.
Our mission is to serve Christ by loving our neighbors through excellent, compassionate and accessible healthcare.
