Vice President of Integrated Fundraising

 (Chicago) The Vice President of Integrated Fundraising will work to expand donor retention and acquisition through the implementation of strategic fundraising initiatives and deliver on The Fellowships fundraising goals and objectives. As a stake holding member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President of Integrated Fundraising will work directly with our digital, direct response tv, radio, telemarketing and direct mail teams to ensure successful fundraising outcomes. This position will play a key role in developing and executing long-term organizational strategic planning, work collaboratively with the Global COO, Senior Leadership team, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include strategic management of The Fellowships integrated fundraising strategy and operations for integrated fundraising team.  

A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Non-Profit Management, 15 or more years of proven success in direct response fundraising and donor acquisition at a senior management level are required.  Individuals with a Certified Fund-Raising Executive certificate are highly desired, a Master’s degree preferred. Individuals with experience working in a faith-based humanitarian organization with strong knowledge of Evangelical Christian market along with an understanding of Jewish tenets is desired.
