Senior Associate, Leadership Development

The senior associate will plan and implement external and internal leadership development programs built on the Casey Foundation’s Results Count® framework. As the Leadership Development team works with other organizations to apply this approach and builds their capacity to spread it to their networks, the senior associate will lead design teams associated with these different programs and work closely with other Foundation staff to ensure these initiatives are successful and maintain fidelity to the Results Count model.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

•    Bachelor’s degree in human services

•    Ability to work well in teams, manage teams of individuals and effectively design and execute leadership programs

•    Strong orientation to equity and results

•    Demonstrated competency in managing details and multiple assignments as project manager or comparable position

•    Excellent writing, listening and interpersonal skills
