Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with the University of Utah and University of Utah Health in the search for a Senior Director of Alumni and Constituent Relations, Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Advancement, Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine, the Senior Director of Alumni and Constituent Relations will create and execute the strategic direction of a comprehensive alumni and constituent engagement program for the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine, while developing, coordinating, promoting, maintaining, and evaluating programs, services, and special events sponsored by the School of Medicine Alumni Relations Office. The Senior Director will promote continued involvement and support of School of Medicine alumni, house staff, faculty, and students in partnership with School of Medicine administration and Health Sciences Advancement. The Senior Director will initiate and support innovative, best in class strategic engagement initiatives and assume responsibility for productive and collaborative relationships across the School of Medicine and University of Utah campus system as well as with alumni and invested constituents across the region and nation.

University of Utah Health will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least eight years of progressively responsible management and leadership experience, human relations, and effective communication skills is preferred. The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $145,000 annually.
