Director of Annual Giving

Montclair Kimberley Academy, an innovative, Pre-K-12 independent day school with a strong national reputation, seeks a Director of Annual Giving to help advance the school’s fundraising efforts. This person is an instrumental member of Montclair Kimberley Academy’s Development Department, responsible for designing and implementing all fundraising activities relating to the annual giving program. They will develop a coordinated matrix of communication and solicitation strategies, including email, direct mail, phone calls, personal visits, and volunteer engagement. A successful candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to articulate the school’s mission and values and the impact of philanthropy.
