Senior Legal Strategist and General Counsel

A philanthropic organization associated with a high-net-worth family that is focused on some of the most urgent global issues and threats of our time is recruiting an inaugural Senior Legal Strategist/General Counsel. They are seeking a nimble, strategic thought partner to assist with risk mitigation and risk opportunity management, support and strengthen governance practices, and foster a robust community of practice among legal colleagues. Intercultural competency and a commitment to justice, equity, diversity and inclusion is essential, as is multi-sector (legal, financial, regulatory, philanthropic), senior level experience (at least fifteen years preferred). The position is remote with some domestic and international travel.
