Job Overview: The Assistant/Associate Director of Annual Giving is responsible for the execution of a comprehensive, multi-channel annual giving program with a focus on growing the College's support base of annual donors, growing the pipeline of major donors, and boosting donor retention rates. The Assistant/Associate Director will also carry a donor portfolio of up to 75 individuals and embrace the model of donor-centric fundraising to help strengthen overall philanthropic participation and ongoing year over year revenue generation.
