THD is seeking an Account Director to develop short- and long-term strategies to meet clients’ marketing and financial objectives.  You'll manage fundraising programs for several non-profit clients serving as senior client contact and collaborate internally with all departments to ensure effective execution of program and campaign strategies.  

 

  • Motivate and Lead: Inspire team members to achieve business objectives through effective leadership and planning.
  • Act as Primary Client Contact: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide Strategic Leadership: Lead strategic, tactical, and support functions to drive long-term integrated strategies and account success.
  • Create Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement new approaches to enhance current practices and share ideas throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Conduct Campaign Analysis: Analyze results of campaigns across all channels and report on budget and donor activity to clients.
  • Provide Business Forecasting: Contribute to quarterly and annual business forecasting by providing insights on account trends and future client needs.
  • Support Presentation Excellence: Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling presentations for clients and prospective clients.
  • Offer Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry standards, best practices, and innovative products to continuously improve service offerings.
