As the Director of Campaign Operations for the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, you'll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Tuck’s fundraising efforts. You'll lead a dedicated team, partner with Advancement leadership on strategies to enhance fundraising operations and donor engagement, and ensure our systems and processes support our ambitious goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to making a difference through higher education advancement.
About the Role: In this role, you will oversee advancement services and work closely with our leadership team at Tuck and with the Advancement team at Dartmouth to manage fundraising operations. We’re looking for an experienced professional who has successfully managed fundraising campaigns in higher education and led a high-performing team. Data fluency and project management skills are essential, as you’ll use data insights to guide our strategies and ensure our campaigns achieve their goals. You'll also need to bring a collaborative spirit and a commitment to innovation. This position is based in Hanover, NH and requires in-person presence at least 60% of the time.

- Proven experience managing fundraising campaigns in higher education.
- Experience in supervising and leading teams to success.

- Familiarity with alumni/donor management systems and processes.
