- Impactful Fundraising: Cultivate and secure major gifts ranging from $50,000 to over $1,000,000 to support the university's long-term goals.

What You'll Do:
- Cultivate Relationships: Identify, qualify, and manage a portfolio of 90 to 110 prospective donors in your assigned geographic region. Build strong, lasting relationships to inspire major gifts.
- Drive Results: Conduct 75 to 100 personal visits annually and work toward securing major and planned gifts that meet or exceed $1,000,000 annually within 24 months.
- Strategic Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling written and verbal proposals to prospective donors, ensuring alignment with the university's mission and financial priorities.
- Legacy and Estate Planning: Assist with estate and legacy gift planning, providing expert guidance to donors and their families.
- Stewardship: Ensure effective stewardship by maintaining relationships with current donors, planning special events, and delivering impactful communications.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Five years of experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of success in cultivating and securing significant gifts or financial support.
Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and prospect management databases.
Personal Traits: Initiative, integrity, and the ability to build rapport and advocate for team success.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within your assigned region, with occasional national travel.
