  • Provide input to Getty website, newsletters, annual impact reports, and social media messages as they relate to fundraising campaigns and goals.
  • Determine the staffing needs of the department, recommend responsible use of resources, and direct staff to ensure the success of Getty’s fundraising strategies.
  • Create and maintain a best-in-class advancement department and development team by building on the current foundation and creating strategies that increase fundraising.
  • Provide operational oversight across the department, establishing goals and priorities, monitoring activities, evaluating progress, and adjusting as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to oversee the department’s budget planning and financial strategy.
  • Enhance the team's effectiveness and productivity by providing coaching and mentorship, motivating team members with energy, humor, and passion, and ensuring clear expectations.
