Assistant Director of Donor Relations & Stewardship

In this strategic role, you will be at the heart of our athletics development efforts, leading the charge in crafting and executing bespoke stewardship and engagement strategies. Your work will directly influence our ability to build lasting relationships with donors, celebrate their impact, and enhance our athletics programs. 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Innovate Stewardship: Develop and implement cutting-edge donor stewardship programs.

·      Build Connections: Create and execute personalized plans for major donors.

·      Lead Recognition: Oversee acknowledgment programs and high-profile events.

·      Showcase Impact: Manage annual reports highlighting donor contributions and program achievements.

A seasoned professional with a bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of experience in development, alumni relations, communications, stewardship, donor relations and engagement, athletics, or administration. You excel in managing multiple projects and priorities, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communications, both verbal and written, are flexible and adaptable, and thrive on building relationships with key stakeholders. You have strong technical literacy and comfort manipulating and analyzing complex data and can apply a high degree of tact and sensitivity to daily activities. Your creative approach will help drive our success and impact in this role.
