A national leader in equitable education and student-led learning, St. Benedict's Preparatory School is expanding its team as it prepares for an ambitious comprehensive campaign.

In partnership with Lindauer, St. Benedict's is strengthening and expanding its Advancement team. The Senior Director of Advancement will play a vital role in helping St. Benedict's imagine and achieve a new level of impact for its students — 50% of whom come from low-income families.

To serve this critical function, the Senior Director will oversee and provide strategic direction for the fundraising program, leading and inspiring a team of five gift officers.

In this role, you will:

• Carry a portfolio of approximately 50-75 donors who can support St. Benedict's at $100,000 and above.
• Create annual metrics and goals for the gift officers in partnership with the Chief Advancement Officer and Senior Director of Strategy and Operations.
• Serve as an active partner and leader in Advancement, working collaboratively with the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations and the Director of Marketing and Communications.
• Work closely with the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations and Chief Advancement Officer on overall campaign strategy and prospect pool development.

The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $205,000.
