Associate Director, Leadership Giving Western Region

Dartmouth College is seeking an Associate Director, Leadership Giving, to forge impactful philanthropic relationships with alumni, parents, and friends in the Western region. In this role, you will be instrumental in securing significant gifts—ranging from $250,000 to over $5 million—that support Dartmouth's institutional priorities. Frequent travel is a key aspect of this position.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of six years of experience in university development, with a proven track record of soliciting and closing six- and seven-figure gifts. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively with others, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Discretion in handling sensitive matters and the capacity to manage diverse relationships are essential. Preference for candidates living in Southern California region. This position is fully remote eligible.
