In partnership with Lindauer, America's Promise Alliance (APA) is seeking a visionary Vice President of Development to lead its fundraising efforts at a pivotal moment of growth and expansion.

As the Vice President of Development, you will be tasked with leading APA's comprehensive development strategy, helping to increase the organization's annual revenue from $8 million to $15 million.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll oversee a talented development team, cultivate relationships with national funders, and help secure resources that will drive APA's mission to promote educational equity and support the next generation of youth.

In this role, you will:
• Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy.
• Build relationships with national foundations, corporations, and individual donors.
• Oversee the development team and ensuring its growth and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with APA's leadership team and Board on major fundraising efforts.
• Drive the organization's goal of expanding annual revenue to $15 million.
