Gift Acceptance Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director of Development Data & Analytics, this position sits on the Development Data & Insights team and will manage the comprehensive policies, processes, and day-to-day tasks related to gift acceptance, documentation, and compliance. In accordance with industry standards, this position oversees all aspects of gift policy and acceptance of all donations by strategically balancing donor intent with the mission of the Foundation.

The Gift Acceptance Manager will work closely with the Frontline Fundraising team, Data & Insights teams, as well as colleagues in the Legal and Finance departments, to develop gift agreement structure, proposal details, fund minimums, and other necessary details to aid them in offering sound gift opportunities that balance the donor's intent while ensuring that all gifts are compliant with internal policies and practical to administer.
