About Agros International:
Join a mission-driven organization that makes a real difference in Central America! As part of our close-knit, passionate team, you’ll contribute to meaningful change while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Position Summary:

In this key role, you’ll ensure smooth operations behind the scenes, managing donor data, ensuring compliance, and providing operational support to maximize Agros’ fundraising effectiveness.
If you have a passion for data integrity, streamlined processes, and contributing to an impactful mission, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage donor records, ensuring database integrity, accuracy, and efficient reporting. Process 2,000 annual gifts and support Agros’ $4M fundraising goals.
- Process donor gifts, pledges, and acknowledgment letters promptly and with precision.
- Generate actionable reports and analyses to guide fundraising strategy and forecasting.
- Reconcile donor records with finance systems and ensure compliance with IRS regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute donor engagement strategies and event logistics, including Agros’ flagship Tierras de Vida gala.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in nonprofit operations or data management will be considered in place of formal education.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Raiser's Edge/RE NXT and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a knack for delivering high-quality, error-free work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with a customer service mindset who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Passionate about Agros’ mission and supportive of its faith-based values.
What We Offer:
Agros International offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, and generous paid time off.
