Vice President – Information Technology Operations

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Vice President - Information Technology Operations provides leadership and management to the Information Technology (IT) department while developing and implementing a long-term sustainable strategic IT vision that will support the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) mission. The Vice President of Information Technology Operations provides strategic guidance and leadership in applying new and emerging information technology objectives, and plays a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring an efficient IT environment, and creating operational excellence in IT service delivery.

Experience and Education Requirements: 

• Ten years of experience in a senior-level functional IT leadership role, managing large technology teams and partnering with executive staff and external stakeholders.

• Five years of project delivery/management experience.

• Experience managing teams responsible for the delivery of data and analytics.

• Experience managing teams responsible for the delivery of architecture and development.

• Experience managing teams responsible for the delivery of AI functionality both proprietary and 3rd party algorithms.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, management information services, computer science, or business administration.
