Wounded Warrior Project’s (WWP) Talent Development Specialist supports all aspects of organizational development by conducting needs assessments and developing programs that maximize leadership and employee performance. The Talent Development Specialist also collaborates with WWP leaders to design and implement resources, processes, and programs that support individual development, career mobility, and team level bench strength across the organization.

  • Four years of applicable experience within a learning and organizational development capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Organizational Development, Business, or related area of study.
