Scholarships Program Officer

This role will oversee the day-to-day implementation of our scholarship program including developing key priorities and strategies for the program; project management of scholarship outreach, application, and review processes; implementing scholar support strategies; event management and coordination; data system management, and collaborating with the Community Engagement team Programs Operations Manager, and community volunteers. 

Pride Foundation’s Scholarships Program Officer is a key position within the Programs department. The Scholarships Program Officer (SPO) brings a wealth of knowledge in building collaborative partnerships and has a deep passion for building up LGBTQ+ leadership that is anchored in equity and justice.  

This position works in partnership with the Director of Programs to implement Pride Foundation’s scholarship program and develop long-term strategies that center scholar’s leadership development that is in line with Pride Foundation’s values and the scholarship programs priorities.
