PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Donor Services - dotted line to Director of Operations
- Salesforce Support
- Maintain accuracy of donor database by updating records on a regular basis
- Gift Entry performing tasks including but not limited to:
- Entering donations into the database - Salesforce
- Running and balancing of reports
- Creating New Accounts
- Creating New Contacts
- Primary Contact Lookup and Research
- Data Hygiene
- Donor acknowledgements and correspondence as needed
Other operations assignments / duties as assigned
Event support - dotted line to the Sr. Director of Individual Giving

Assist with event planning and execution

Donor engagement and stewardship (specifically for events)

Invitation and RSVP management

Data tracking/analysis
Job Qualifications
- Deep commitment to serving vulnerable communities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 3+ years of nonprofit development experience, preferably in the areas of international programs.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Highly adaptable to change with a proven capacity to excel in a fast-paced and growing workplace environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with empathetic and collegial spirit and the ability to build trust-based relationships with colleagues and partners.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to accountability and confidentiality.
- Proven ability to listen, discern challenges and identify solutions.
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek support when challenges arise.
