Windrush Farm provides therapeutic horseback riding and horse-related programs for children and adults with physical, cognitive or emotional challenges. Windrush is seeking a motivated individual responsible for the leadership and efficient management of mounted and unmounted programs that meet client expectations and budget goals. Duties include program implementation, collaboration building, and outreach.

 

We are looking for an individual that excels at organization, looks forward with thoughtful planning, sets and achieves goals and believes in our mission. The Program Director reports to the Chief Operating Officer and manages one Program Assistant. Pay commensurate with experience, health benefits available and generous PTO.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in program or project management, or equivalent Strong planning, organizational and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Raisers Edge)
